Virginia Carol Spears was born May 3,1918 in San Joaquin Valley Calif. She was one of 9 childern born to Ponia and Pearl Sims.She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings,Matti,Napoleon,Frank,Hayward,Sally,Alma Horace,one sister Juanita Hill.She went to school and grew up in San Joaquin Valley moved to San Francisco graduated from beauty school and met her future husband Andrew Spears they married in 1940 and he preceded her in death in 1998 the union produced three children Sharon Bedney,Andrew W SpearsIII,and Virginia Mims.virginia returned to school after her children were grown and completed her studies at Pasadena City College.After graduation she worked for the U.S.Navy in San Diego as the mail room supervisor until she retired.along with her children,Virginia leaves to cherish beautiful memories to her beloved grandchildren Micheal,Dayna,Tane,Chaka,John,Sylvia,Julian,Anthony,and Aaron.Her great-Grandchildren Tory,Nico,Raina,Jaali,Hodari,Almira,Timothy,and Zareah.She leaves a Host of nieces and nephew and other relatives and mamy friends Her family called her aunt Midge, and everyone has a aunt Midge story We Love you Aunt Midge you were truly one of a kind you will always be in our Hearts.
