Born June 21, 1922 in Coloma Township. Retired from Industrial Rubber Co in 1975, where he was employed for 27 years. He was a WWII Vet of the US Army and served in the Pacific, where he was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He was a life member of the Coloma Masonic Lodge, DAV Chapter 17, and DAV chapter 57, also a member of the Coloma American Legion and the 96th division Association, Leyte and Okinawa Campaigns.

He married Margaret Munchow, on Oct. 11, 1947; has a son, Capt. David Warman of Nashville, Tenn; two daughters- Connie Retz of Tipton, In., and Katherine Borr of Coloma, MI; Eight Grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren
