He is survived by his widow, the former Nannie Haas, a niece of the late Dr. John A. Haas and the late Leon Haas of this city; one son, Franklin Mikell; and a daughter, Mrs. William Tebow all of Bunkie.
Col. Mikell was a Mason of long standing, a member of the Royal Arch Masons and a Knights Templar.
Attending funeral services from here were Mr. and Mrs. Leon Haas, Jr.
