Mr. Royer, 70, a resident of Louisiana, Mo., died 9:15pm Monday, May 6th, in the Louisiana Hospital. He had been in failing health for several years. He was born February 5th 1915 in Wyatt, Mo., son of Amuel and Cora (Teel) Royer. He married Regina Nusslein Paparic in Waterloo Ill.
