Stephen was born the beloved son of Sandra Viles. Everyone seemed to love him. He was a joy to be around, and was kind to everyone from babies to the elderly. He also enjoyed basketball and just about everything life offered. He was only 19-years-old when he was shot and killed. He leaves behind his mother, Sandra Viles; older brother, Tony; three younger sisters, Dawn, Crystal and Shelly; his grandparents, Patrick and Nora Viles; his uncles, Rick and Duke; aunts Becky, Darlene, Lori, Theresa, Patty and Jenny; many cousins; and lots of friends who all love and miss him very much.
