Marcina Andrews, 58, of Independence, died at her home early Wednesday morning. She was born on November 30, 1927 at Independence, the daughter of May Shahan Merrifield of Independence and the late Gordon Green Merrifield.
She was a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church and the Ebenezer Baptist Church of Gladesville.
Other survivors include her husband, Clarence Andrews; three daughters, Sharon Huffman of Morgantown, Vicki Sisler of Terra Alta, and Miss Marlene Andrews at home; one son, Shawn Andrews at home; and seven grandchildren.
