Visitation for Zeki Abaci will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at Yost & Webb Chapel from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at St. Paul Armenian Church beginning at 10:30 A.M. with burial to follow at Masis Ararat Cemetery

Zeki Abaci was born on September 1, 1928. He passed away at the age of 83 on Saturday, October 29, 2011. He was born in Diyarbakir, Turkey and sent to school in Istanbul, Turkey at an early age. There he attained his degree at an American university.
After graduating he served as an officer in the Turkish Navy to satisfy the mandatory service requirement of that country. He worked at Mobil Oil after completing his service and came to the United States as soon as he received permission to do so in 1957. He became a citizen shortly thereafter and received a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University. He stayed in Fresno for the rest of his life. He married his wife Mary in 1962.
After receiving his Master's Degree, he first worked at the accounting firm of Touche Ross. He became a CPA in 1967. He opened the practice of Sampson & Abaci which existed in Fresno for several years. Thereafter, he continued serving the community professionally, most recently with the practice of Abaci, Kawana & Gong, which survives his passing.
Zeki was an active and devoted member of the St. Paul's Armenian Church.
Zeki was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife Mary; sons, Peter and John; daughters-in-law, Pamela and Maria; and grandchildren, Anthony, Gabriella and Chase
