Donna Jean Skipton, 76, of Wapello, died Monday Oct. 12, 2009, at Genesis East in Davenport.
Donna Jean Marsh was born July 15, 1933, in Fairfield, the daughter of Charles Asher and Cassa Mae(Clark) Marsh. She married Robert Frederick Skipton, December 3, 1955, in Iowa City. He died August 14, 2006.
She was a graduate of the Springfield, Minn. High School and graduated from the University of Iowa as a radiology technician. She worked for more than 35 years at the Burlington Medical Center as a radiology tech.
Survivors include two sons, Randy Skipton of Bettendorf and Milo Skipton of Wapello; three grandchildren and a great-grandson; a sister, Marceline Marsh of Wapello.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother, Allen H Marsh.
