Murder Victim. A veteran of World War II, he was the tenth of thirteen persons killed by mass-murderer Howard Unruh in East Camden, New Jersey on September 6, 1949. A television repairman, he was killed as he stopped his car to aide Unruh victim James Hutton who was already dead.
