Mrs. Elliott was born July 21, 1932 in Memphis to George and Daisy Tolbert. She married George Clifton Elliott on May 18, 1946 in Memphis. She had been a resident of Clarendon most of her life. She was a Nurses Aide prior to her retirement where she helped many people. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Clarendon.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - her parents; her husband in 2000; and 3 sons, Clifton Elliott, Jr., Jimmy Elliott, and Donnie Elliott.
SURVIVORS - her son, Thomas Elliott of Clarendon; 2 daughters in law, Marie Elliott and Debbie Mays; an aunt, Betty Tolbert; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
