Emma was the last child born to Marcellus and Emma Boch Abel She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on January 31, 1897. She worked in retail sales most of her life. She never married and lived at the Hyde Park Avenue home with her her parents and her brother George Abel. She was known for her sweet personality. She died on February 23, 1977 after a brief illness.She was buried in the Abel family plot at Spring Grove Cemetery.
