Rap Musician. D.O. whose real name was Gerard Fields, was affiliated with the infamous Murder Inc. label and appeared on a number of tracks on the 2002 compilation "Irv Gotti Presents ... The Remixes" and "Gotti Presents: The Inc". D.O. was also backup rapper for the label's more established artists, including Cadillac Tah and Ashanti. He was raised and struggled in the streets of poverty after losing his mother when he was 11. D.O. was hanging with friends on Jamaica Street in Queens, New York, when an unknown assailant walked by and shot him 3 times. He was rushed to a local Hospital, where he died shortly after.
