Mrs. Lear Lee Lynn, 85, of Portland, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at the Chicot Memorial Hospital in Lake Village. Mrs. Lynn was a native of Montrose and a resident of the New Liberty Community in Chicot County for most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Bethel Assembly of God Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Lynn in 1999; two grandsons, Brandon Cecil and John Edward Lynn; her parents, James & Nora Horn Bonnette and three brothers, Victor, A.K., and Fay Bonnette.

She is survived by a son, Johnny Edward Lynn and wife, Angie, of Portland; two daughters, Rita Carroll Chandler and husband, Johnny C., of Portland and Sharon Lynn Jones and husband, Bill, of Montrose; a sister, Vera Mae Jackson of Crossett; five grandchildren, John Tyler Jones, Meghan Marie Morphis, Chandler Thompson, Leara McKenzie Jones and Lillian Marie Jones and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are 4 p.m., Friday, October 14, 2011 in the chapel of Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Bonnette and Rev. Allen Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Montrose Cemetery. Pallbearers are Adam Lynn, Chandler Thompson, Brad Jones, Tyler Jones, William "Bubba" Jones, Phillip Bonnette, Roger Bonnette and David Lynn. Honorary pallbearers are Harold Dean Bonnette and Jimmy Bonnette. Memorials may be made to the Montrose Cemetery Association, c/o Mrs. Angie Lynn, 329 Lynn Road, Portland, AR 71663 or to the Old Union Cemetery Association, c/o Mr. Phillip Bonnette, 176 Bayou Drive N., Lake Village, AR 71653.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
