Eva B. Gillam February 25, 1868 in Kingston, Bartow County, Ga. (1871 is surely incorrect) to Dr. Lewis M Gillam and Mary Gillam. (See 1870 US Census). The family later moved to Fulton County, where you will see her listed as "EB" and parents, "LM and MM" "Gilham" on the 1880 U.S. Census. It was there that she married John S. Pinson on 22 January 1890. Sadly, he died just over a year later, leaving him her entire estate to take care of her for her days. He is buried in a small cemetery in Floyd County, Georgia.
Later, Eva married Henry S. Blossom on June 21st, 1893. They quickly moved to Cuyahoga, East Cleveland, Ohio where it appears they had a boarding house and he was a salesman. (1900 US Census). In 1911, Eva underwent surgery that she did not survive, suddenly leaving behind young children and stepchildren.

Miss Eva A. Gillam (78095996 ) was born in 1868 in Kingston, to Dr. Lewis M. Gillam (38580828 ) and Mary T.. By 1882, the Gillam family moved to Fulton County, Ga., and in 1890, Eva A. Gillam married John S Pinson (born in 1863 to Thomas Newton Pinson (115725670 ) and Emeline Oliva Beall (115724518 )) with whom he had no children. Mr. and Mrs. Pinson weren't married long, however, as John likely became ill. He went ahead and made a will, leaving all of his belongings to his wife, Eva G. Pinson. When John died later in 1891, his body was returned home to Floyd County, and buried in the family cemetery (Kinnebrew Cemetery) where his parents are buried and several siblings.

A few years later, Eva met a traveling salesman, Henry S. Blossom (78095997) who was from Ohio, but visiting NW Ga. Eva married him in 1893, after which, they moved back to Ohio where it appears (possibly) they ran a boarding house while he continued selling products on the road. Henry and Eva invested well in stock and became quite wealthy. They had a maid and a nice estate. The pair had a young daughter, Louise C. Blossom, and step children, belonging to Henry from his first marriage.

In early 1900, Eva made a will in which she gave considerable annual sums of money to her daughter, Louise, and sister, Juliett, along with lump sumps to other associates. Having been a wealthy woman, she appears o have left her daughter with enough money to last her entire life.

In 1911, Mrs. Eva. Blossom underwent an operation, from which she did not recover. She passed away suddenly on December 7, 1911. Eva was buried next to her (already passed) husband, Henry.
