Joseph David Miskin, infant son of David Ryan and Teresa Brooke Purvines Miskin, died at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, shortly after birth in Indiana University Health North in Carmel.
Surviving with his parents are two sisters, Abigail Teresa and Elizabeth Irene Miskin, both at home. Also surviving are maternal grandparents, Stephen and Leslie Purvines of Mishawaka; maternal great-grandmother, Norma Jean Purvines of Kirkwood, MO. and paternal grandparents, Koy and Martha Miskin of West Lafayette.
