OAKHURST -- Percy W. Throckmorton, 64, husband of Georgia Bennett Throckmorton, died Monday at his home, 70 Monmouth rd., after an illness of six years.
Mr. Throckmorton was born here, son of the late George W. and Lila Ahearn Throckmorton. A carpenter, he was a charter member of the Oakhurst fire company.
Surviving, besides his wife, are two sons, Robert Throckmorton of this place and Leonard Throckmorton of Alameda, Cal.; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Lambert and Mrs. Lila Cassway of Astoria, L.I., nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held yesterday at the Woolley funeral home. Burial was in Glenwood cemetery, West Long Branch.
