LaBELLE - Donald Wade Lewis, 27, of LaBelle died Tuesday at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston.
A native of Port Arthur, he lived most of his life in LaBelle.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Clayton-Thompson Funeral Home in Groves with Rev. Keith Meyers of LaBelle Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Port Arthur. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his parents, Jeri and Pete Lewis of LaBelle; grandparents, Hazzie and Ivy Veillon of LaBelle; a brother, Troy Lewis of LaBelle; a sister, Kim Martin of Houston; and two nieces, Jera Martin and Saylie Martin of Houston.
