Fred Hobson Buckner, age 54, of Haleyville, Alabama, passed away in Haleyville on February 19, 2009. He was born September 29, 1954. Visitation will be Saturday from 6:00 to 9:00PM at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville where funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00PM. Reverend John Verciglio will officiate. Burial to follow in the Millstone Mountain Cemetery. He is survived by: Wife â€“ Sandy Buckner; Daughter â€“ Brittany Elaine Buckner; Brothers â€“ Robert (Evelyn) and Hiram Buckner; Sister- Carolyn (Virgil)Vaughn Also survived by host of family and friends. Preceded in death by: Parents- Arthur and Gertrude Buckner; Brother- Raynard Buckner; Sisters-Polly Pierson and Peggy Buckner
