Tupper Lake.Carol Ann LaFave 56 of 46 Ceder St Tupper Lake NY died Friday ,Dec 8 2000 at St Joseph"s Hospital in Syracuse NY. Born Nov 7 1944 in Tupper Lake she was the daughter of John and Virginia Farmer. She married William LaFave Jr on July 25 1970 in Piercefield New York. Mrs LaFave was a life long resident of Tupper Lake and was employed as a secretary at Sunmount DDSO for the past 11 years until the present time. She was also employed by the Water Town Daily Times fot twenty years as the Tri Lakes Agent and was a cook for Northern Lights. Mrs LaFave was Vice President of Tops in Tupper Lake and was a member of Holy Name Church. She is survived by her husband Bill of Tupper Lake;two daughters; and one son inlaw Amy and Andre Carriere of Tupper Lake; Lori LaFave of Denver Colo;and one grandson Cruz Christian Carriere of Tupper Lake.She was predeceased by one brother Michael Farmer. Calling hours were held at the Fourtune-Keough- Rennell Funeral Home in Tupper Lake on Tuesday Dec 12 with a Bible Vigil services at 8:45 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 6 pm this evening(Wednessday Dec 13) atHoly Name Church in Tupper Lake with Rev Christopher Carrara officiating Interment will take place in Holy Name Cemetery in May. Friends wishing to remember Mrs LaFave may make memorial contributions to the Tupper Lake Volunteer Rescue Squad in care of the Fortune-Keough-Rennell Funeral Home.
