Tupper Lake.Mrs Virginia(Bobbie) Farmer 56, of Ceder St, died unexpectedly Thursday Night. She was transported from home by the Tupper Lake Emergency squad to the Saranac Lake General Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival at 11:35 pm Funeral services were held at 9 am Monday at Holy name Church and Interment was in Holy Name Cemetery here. She was born in Tupper Lake June 23 1917 The daughter of Fred and Mabel Qilligan Benjamin, and attended the local schools. Mrs Farmer was employed at the Plant of O W D Inc here. Surviving are her Husband John Farmer; two daughters Mrs Peggy LaRoe of Hudson Falls and Mrs Carol LaFave and husband William of Tupper Lake. four brothers Pat Benjamin of Tupper Lake, Arthur Benjamin of Ashline Kentucky; Donald Benjamin of Watertown; and Francis Benjamin of Burlington Vt; five sisters Mrs Hernia Poirier Benjamin of Tupper Lake,Mrs Elaine and Charles Pisanchin of Camp Lejeune N C; Mrs Rachel Provost of Syracuse and Mrs Phyllis Rovito and Mrs Pearl Dashaw both of Malone; also 10 grandchildren.
