Dulcinea B Haack, 94 Kokomo R.R. 3, died at 2:55 p.m. Friday, March 25, 1994, in Howard Community Hospital.
She was born Sept 5, 1899, in Alexandria, the daughter of Artilus "Arthur" and Minnie (Sanders) Bassett. In 1916 she married Harry V Miller, who preceded her in death. She later married Arthur Haack, who also preceded her in death.
She operated he Miller Beauty Shop for 25 years before moving to Wisconsin in 1946. She was employed as a nursing aide at the Wisconsin State Hospital in Oshkosh, Wis. until retiring in 1975. In 1979 she moved back to Kokomo.
Surviving is a son and daughter-in-law, John and Rose Miller of Las Vegas, Nev.; a daughter and son-in-law, Madonna and E.Howard Sullivan of Kokomo; 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 28 great-great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were two sons, Harry V Miller Jr. and Richard Arlen Miller; three brothers, Russell Bassett, Kenneth Bassett, and Eugene Bassett, and two sisters, Madge Ellis and Madeline Miller.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Fenn & Shirley Mortuary, France Colonial Chapel, 1315 W. Lincoln Road.
The Rev. Paul Martin will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
