Bert L. Kubisiak, 2024 Bertrand Road, Niles, Mich., died in his home at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday. Born in South Bend April 6, 1911, he had moved to Niles a year ago. He married Miss Francis Korr Jan. 18, 1931. She survives. He was employed as a machine operator for the Bendix Products Division of Bendix Aviation Corp. Also surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kubisiak, South Bend; four children, Mrs. Betty Pion, Mishawaka; Mrs. Shirley Rajski, Mrs. Helen May, and a son, Bert J., all of South Bend; four brothers, Edmund, Stanley, Ted, and Michael Jr., all of South Bend, and five grandchildren. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today in the home of his parents at 2220 W. Bertrand St. The funeral will be held Saturday morning in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with Rev. Sigmind A. Jankowsli, C.S.C., pastor officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Polish Cemetery. Mr. Kubisiak was a veteran of World War II.
