WILLIAM O. TICER, 63, of Memphis, retired painter, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Memphis Funeral Home Union Chapel with burial in Elmwood. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. He leaves his wife, Hazel Louise Hutchins Ticer; three daughters, Mrs. Sheila Stanfill, Mrs. Darlene Steinmeyer and Mrs. Charlene Hazel, all of Memphis; two sons, Bill Ticer of Germantown and Terry Ticer of Memphis; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Chambers and Miss Shirley Ticer, both of Horseshoe Lake, Ark.; a brother, Albert Ticer of Munford, Tenn., and 11 grandchildren. The family requests any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
