SOLDIER KILLED
CORSICANA, Tex., July 20--Funeral services were held Sunday at Rice for Sgt. Jack Nash who died at Camp Bowie Hospital Saturday from injuries received in an Army truck accident.

IN MEMORY
Jack Nash passed from this life July 19, 1941, at the age of 22 years.

He was the son of Mrs. O.F. Crockett of Chatfield, and he leaves his mother, foster father, wife, two brothers, J.T. Nash, of Dallas, Howell Nash of Arlington, five sisters, Mrs. A.B. McBroom, Mrs. V.C. Cheek, of San Antonio; Misses Maggie, Mae and Frances Crockett of Chatfield.

A number of other relatives and a host of friends, who mourn, his going.

Jack was well known in Navarro county. I feel with a host of other friends, to have known him was a privilege and joy. Our joys were his joys. Our sorrows touched him just as deeply as though they were his.
