Mrs. Haven Pearl Kendall, 99,
of Blue Ridge Summit, Pa, died Tuesday, July 14th at Franklin County Nursing Home in Chambersburg, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Raymond Kendall.

Born June 16, 1899, at Foxville, Md. She was the daughter of the late David O. and Clara Ellen (Toms) Lewis.

She was a member of the Mount Bethel United Methodist Church of Garfield, Md.

She is survived by one daughter, Lois A. (Brown) Kuhn of Smithsburg, Md.; one grandson Basil Eugene Kuhn Sr, of Blue Ridge Summit, Pa.; two great-great grandsons; Basil Eugene Kuhn Jr., of Hancock, Md.; and Joseph Eugene Kuhn of Waynesboro, Pa., and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter Josephine Duncan; one son Donald Glenn Wolfe; and five sisters and three brothers.

Services will be held at Davis Funeral Home of Smithsburg, Md. Friday 11:00 a.m. July 17, 1998 at the funeral home. The Rev. Paul Hefner will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Bethel Cemetery, Foxville, Md.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday,July 15, at Davis Funeral Home, Smithsburg, Md.
