Lawana J. Brink, 38, Fulton, Missouri, passed away Sunday June 29, 2003 at her home. She was born February 20, 1965 in Columbia, Missouri the daughter of Ed and Linda (Webb) Kronk. On June 25, 1994 she was united in marriage to Donald Brink. He survives at the home. In addition to her husband Donald she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son: Gabriel Ivan Brink of Fulton, Missouri, Her biological father Charles Duncan of Partlow, Virginia, two brothers, Joseph Duncan and his wife Glynne Dee of Fulton, Missouri, Darrell Kronk and his wife Heather of Kansas City, Kansas, three sisters; Carla Bradley and her husband Darryl of Fulton, Missouri, Linda Duncan and Samantha Duncan both of the state of Virginia, numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends and relatives. Mrs. Brink graduated from the University of Missouri in 1989. She worked as a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting, singing, crafts, interior design, theater and acting. She was member of the Olathe Community Theater and William Woods Theater where she recently played in the musical "Grease" and several other plays and musicals. She was also a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority.

Other survivors include a son, Gabrial Ivan Brink of Fulton, her biological father, Charles Duncan of Partlow, Virginia, two brothers, Joseph Duncan of Fulton and Darrell Kronk of Kansas City, Kansas, three sisters, Carla Bradley of Fulton and Lisa and Samantha Duncan, both of the state of Virginia, numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Brink graduated from the University of Missouri in 1989. She was a homemaker and a member of the Olathe Community Theater and William Woods Theater, recently appearing in "Grease". She also belonged to the Delta Gamma Sorority. Services are at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, at the Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, MO, with Reverend Dr. Seamus Doyle officiating. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
