Isaac Eldridge Martin, age 83, passed away Monday, Dec. 1, 1986 in a Roanoke hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Eula Martin, Floyd; a son, Marvin (Chubby) Martin, Sr., Rossville, Georgia; six stepchildren, Nancy Shank; Ileada Shelor, both of Floyd; Louise Hall, Wytheville; Mary Nolen, Forest; Robert Blackwell; Kenneth Blackwell, both of Floyd; two brothers, Luther Martin; Albert Martin, both of Pilot; three grandhildren; two great-grandchildren; and thirteen stepgrandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 5, at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Hale Terry and Elder Larry Hollandsworth officiating. Internment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Christiansburg [ Montgomery Co., Virginia]
