Kenneth H. Ford, 25, of 18 Warner St., Newport, a son of Henry and Nellie (Figueirado) Ford, died unexpectedly yesterday at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. He was the husband of Mrs. Marianne (Rice) Ford.
Born in Newport on November 10, 1945, he was an Air Force veteran and a member of the Newport Post, VFW.
Besides his parents and his wife, Marianne, he leaves a son, Kenneth Ford Jr.; a daughter, Melissa Ford; three sisters, Miss Kathleen Ford, Miss Donna Ford and Mrs. Robert Evans, all of Newport; seven brothers, Thomas, Joseph, Peter, David, Richard and Jeffrey Ford, all of Newport, and Henry Ford Jr. of New York City, and a grandmother, Mrs. Mary Figueirado of Newport.
His funeral will be held Saturday from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, at 8:30 A.M. with a requiem Mass at 9 in St. Joseph's Church, Newport. Burial will be in St. Columba's Cemetery, Middletown.
