Services for Mr. James Anthony Lemoine will be at St. Mary Assumption Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 6, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. with the Fr. Anthony "Fr. Raj" Dhamaraj. Burial will be at Bayou Rouge Baptist Cemetery, Evergreen, LA under the direction of Escude' Funeral Home of Cottonport, LA.

Mr. Lemoine, age 75, of Cottonport, died Monday, November 4, 2002 at 12:20 p.m. in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA.

He was a loving husband and beloved father and grandfather whom will stay in our hearts and memories forever. He was a retired farmer and past president of Avoyelles Parish Farm Bureau. He was adjantent of American Legion Ducote Bordelon Post 186. He was a man with many glorious memories in his life.

He is preceded in death by his father, George Lemoine; mother, Pearl Lemoine; brother, George Lemoine; two sisters, Ruth Herrington and Bernice Shustz and infant son, Joel Christopher Lemoine.

Survivors include his wife, Nannie Haydel Lemoine of Cottonport, La.; two sons, Robert Wayne Lemoine of Zachary, LA, Mark William Lemoine of Bunkie, LA; sister, Rosa Yennie of Lake Charles, LA; brother, Stanley Lemoine of Baton Rouge, LA; six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Escude Funeral Home Cottonport in Cottonport, LA on Tuesday, November 5, 2002 from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. A Rosary will also be held on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. with visitation re-opening at 9:00 a.m. the following day.
