Mr. Lemoine, age 75, of Cottonport, died Monday, November 4, 2002 at 12:20 p.m. in Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, LA.
He was a loving husband and beloved father and grandfather whom will stay in our hearts and memories forever. He was a retired farmer and past president of Avoyelles Parish Farm Bureau. He was adjantent of American Legion Ducote Bordelon Post 186. He was a man with many glorious memories in his life.
He is preceded in death by his father, George Lemoine; mother, Pearl Lemoine; brother, George Lemoine; two sisters, Ruth Herrington and Bernice Shustz and infant son, Joel Christopher Lemoine.
Survivors include his wife, Nannie Haydel Lemoine of Cottonport, La.; two sons, Robert Wayne Lemoine of Zachary, LA, Mark William Lemoine of Bunkie, LA; sister, Rosa Yennie of Lake Charles, LA; brother, Stanley Lemoine of Baton Rouge, LA; six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Escude Funeral Home Cottonport in Cottonport, LA on Tuesday, November 5, 2002 from 5:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. A Rosary will also be held on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. with visitation re-opening at 9:00 a.m. the following day.
