Funeral services for Dr. Homer L.F. Shuler will be conducted in St. Paul's Methodist Church, Orangeburg at 11 a.m. today. Burial will follow at 4 p.m. in Mount Hope cemetery at Florence.
Dr. Shuler, Methodist minister, was stricken while delivering his sermon Sunday morning in St. Paul's Methodist Church.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Edith Dudley Shuler, a daughter, Miss Nona Dudley Shuler, both of Orangeburg; two sisters, Mrs. J.A. Nexsin, and Mrs. Henry Ayers, both of Kingstree; two brothers, M.A. Shuler of Kingstree and Grady Shuler of Bowman. Mrs. Shuler is a sister of Mrs. Ben Fulton of Florence.
