KING, NC - Mr. Carol Eason "C.E." Ange, 73, of King, NC passed away Monday, August 1, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Ange was born July 12, 1938 in Martin County, NC to the late Theordore Roosevelt and Mary Stuart Ambrose Ange. He served in the US Army from 1961-1970, attaining the rank of S/Sgt and was awarded a Bronze Star. He worked as a truck driver for Pilot Freight Carriers for over 21 years. Mr. Ange is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Allan and wife, Jessica of Sylva, NC, Andrew and wife, Samantha, of Elkin, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Eason Ange, Brylee Ange and a sister, Barbara "Jean" Ange of Williamston, NC. A graveside service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 4, 2011 in the Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC officiated by Chaplain Ryan Wagers. Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel is assisting the Ange Family.
