Beatrice Agar, 83, of Ooltewah, died on Tuesday, July, 26, 2011.
She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Beecher and Karmna Holland; husband, Floyd Agar; one sister, Virginia Gray.
She is survived by two sons, Steve (Janice) Minnick and Ike (Pam) Agar; daughter, Karmna (Michael) Whitaker; three sisters, Julia Wood, Katherine Swaggerty and Christine Bower; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 29, in the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home with Brother Raleigh Wooten officiating.
Interment will follow in New McDonald Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, and on Friday, July 29, up to the hour of service at the funeral home.
