Catherine was born as Catherine Rebecca Baughman on Jan. 5, 1913 to Charles Irvin Baughman (Aug. 19, 1891-Oct. 21,1978) and Annie Belle Hoover Baughman (Aug. 18, 1891-Sept. 29, 1966). Catherine was born in Stonerstown, Liberty Township, Bedford County, PA. She married John Wesley Pinkerton (Oct. 24, 1913-May 3, 2001) on June 9, 1934. They had three children: Peggy Lee born Feb. 22, 1938 ; Marsha Ann born Jan. 6, 1945; and Charles Franklin born Sept. 14, 1947. Catherine died Oct. 3, 1996 in Lancaster, PA.
