Survivors include his wife, Willie of Alvord; mother, Susie Absher of Noblesville, IN; sons, Craig Absher of Oklahoma City, OK. Bobby Caso of Sunset, and Raymond Caso of Alvord; daughters, Debra Undhjem of Litchfield, AZ., Cheryol Absher of Alvord, Gaylene Caso of Ponder, and Marissa Absher of Porter; brothers, Dennis Absher of Indianapolis, IN; sisters, Darlene Roberts of Noblesville, IN and Kim Absher of Indianapolis, IN; 15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Service was held August 3, 2002 in the first Baptist Church of Alvord. Burial was in Alvord Cemetery. Pallbearers were Bobby and Raymond Caso, Michael Absher, Jim Wethers, Ray Roberts and Eric Smenner.
