Patsy L. Chase,69, died saturday at Proctor Hospital.
Born March 30,1928 to John and Alice Foley Lewis.
She married Lewis C. Jones in 1945. She later married Archie Chase on Oct. 14,1983 in Peoria. He survives. Also surviving are one son and two daughters,two step-sons and one step-daughter. Patsy also has two brothers and two sisters, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
