D. E. Chesshir, 83, of Robert Lee, died on Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at the Robert Lee Care Center.
Graveside services were held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2004 in the Robert Lee Cemetery with Brother Tommy Williams officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
He is survived by his son, David Chesshir of Robert Lee; two daughters, Kathy Durham of Fort Worth and Debbie Pannell of Wimberly; sister, Mildred Chapel of Amarillo; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
