He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Peggy Sanders of Hayti; Two sons, John Sanders of Hayti and Larry Sanders of Dexter; Two daughters, Mrs. Gay McFarland of Memphis, Tenn. and Mrs. Wanda Lea Ruff of Horn Lake, Miss.; One brother Harvey Sanders of Hayti; And eight grandchildren.
Services were held Aug. 3 at 11 a.m. in the John W. German Funeral Home chapel in Hayti, with Rev. Gary Gray officiating, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers were James Klinkhardt, Bill Irions, Felix Franks Sr., John Teal, A.G. Franks, Felix Franks Jr., H.R. Euell, Freddie Doucey, Tom Spain and John Reed.
