Jennie Ball was born Jennie Ferguson in January, 1867. She grew up in Illinois, she married her first husband John Bailey around 1890. She had one child with him, a son named William Henry Bailey. John Bailey later died and in 1898 Jennie married Thomas Ball and they had a daughter, Bessie. Jennie passed away on April 10, 1944 at her home in Paris, Illinois. She is survived by her daughter Bessie, son-in-law Sid Simpson, daughter-in-law Ruth Martin, and many grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, and son William Henry Bailey.
