Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Boone Funeral chapel of Hollandale. Burial will follow in the Hollandale Cemetery.
A native of Hollandale and a retired railroad agent, Mr. Keith attended Hollandale High School, Mississippi College and Bowling Green Business College.
For many years, Mr. Keith was the agent of the Y&MV, now the IC Railroad Co. He retired in 1969.
A member of Hollandale Baptist Church, he served as a member of the board of deacons. He was a 32nd degree Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Earline Eades Keith of Jackson; a daughter, Mrs. John Rushing of Jackson; a sister, Allie Mae Keith of Hollandale; two brothers, Joe Keith of Canton and Clarence Keith of Hollandale, and two grandchildren.
