"LEO B. MOORE
A memorial service for Leo B. Moore, 87 of Placerville will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow at Chapel of the Pines. Members of El Dorado Lodge No. 26, Free and Accepted Masons, will officiate. Private inurnment will be in Placerville Union Cemetery.
Mr. Moore died Jan. 23 at a local hospital.
A native of Michigan, he had lived the past 17 years in El dorado County, and 63 years in California. Prior to his retirement, he had been an inspector for Southern Pacific Railroad. He was a life member of Oakland Masonic Lodge No 188, charter member of SIRS of Placerville No 29, Member of El Dorado Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and belonged to the Creative Senior Citizens of Placerville.
Mr. Moore was the husband of Elma Mae Moore and the father of Jack Moore, both of Placerville, and the brother of Arla Newsum of Montana. He is survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Family members request that remembrances be sent to a charity of one's choice."
