Gerald David Miller is the first born son of Fred W. Miller and Thelma Marie Miller, born on the 11th of July 1942 at Deconess Hospital Cincinnati, Ohio. He was attending Hugh's High School when at the age of 17 enlisted in the U.S. Navy in which he made it his career. His job was in Naval Intelligence, He retired after 20 years while at sea aboard the USS Forrestal. After military service Gerald worked in security for the Louisiana Offshore Oil Port LOOP, Gerald preferred the name Jerry. He loved music, writing songs, playing guitar and singing. He was the father of sons Brian and Christopher, daughters Dawn,Amber,Donna and Wendy. He is survived by his wife Clara Adams, brother James Miller and all his children and grandchildren
