He was born Dec.10, 1904 in Leeds, N.D. At an early age he came to Montana with his family where they homesteaded. He attended school at Fresno, Mont., and later helped build Fresno Dam. He served the United States in World War II. He lived most of his life in Billings working on construction projects throughout the Northwest. For the past five years he has lived in Havre.
Burial was in the Highland Cemetery.
Mr. Bulman never married. He is survived by one sister, Ruby Lammerding of Havre.
