Howard August Wiseman,62, of 225 N. Main Bellevue, Illinois, died at 10:10 p.m. yesterday at St. Francis Hospital where he was admitted oct. 9.
A resident of the above address the past 20 years, he was employed in the foundry at Caterpillar Tractor Co. for 26 years, last working April 30, 1965. He was a veteran of World War I, Army; a member of Tyng Memorial Church and Loyal Order of Moose.
He was born June 27, 1903, at Kilbourne, Illinois. The son of Harvey and Martha A. Pierce Wiseman and married Bertha Patton in Peoria, August of 1945.
Serviving are his wife; three daughters, Mabel, Nellie and Carmen; three sons, Leroy Wiseman, Sr., Eli and Albert Virden; three sisters Mabel, Marie and Hazel; two brothers,
Charles and Chester; 24 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. One son, one daughter and two brothers preceded him in death.
