Rebecca Evaline Wilkinson was the daughter of John W Wilkinson and his 1st wife Elizabeth Usry. She went to Missoui with her family. On June 12, 1839 she gave birth to a daughter Harriet Wilkinson,

She married her 1st husband John Evans Nov 25, 1845 and had one child, Hepzibah Evaline Evans b Jan 1847, both Hepzibah and John died before 1849 in MO

She married her 2nd husband Mr. Chapman sometime around 1849/1850 in Jackson Co., MO. Their daughter Pheobe Jane was b March 1850 in Jackson Co., MO. After her birth we don't know what happened to Mr. Chapman.

She married John O Walker a widower in 1852 in Cedar Co., MO. John is believed to be of Cherokee decent from the Eastern TN Tribe. He fought in 1812 war for the US. It is interesting to note that Rebecca's father and grandfather John and Nathan Wilkinson had a contract with the military to live on the Eastern TN Cherokee tribe and make weapons of war for them, as they were fighting on our side. I wonder if they knew one another at the time.

John and Rebecca had 4 children together
