Mindy was born August 13, 1971 in Texarkana, Texas. She was a homemaker, loving mother, and a Christian.
She is survived by her two daughters, Carly Frix and Kennedy Frix; one son, Jacob Frix; two sisters, Melissa Griggs, her twin sister, and Melanie Homan; her mother and step father, Denissa Smyth Waldon and Gary Waldon; and a number of other relatives.
