Clarice Genevieve Beggs, 91, of Mesa, AZ passed away on September 22, 2006. Clarice, a teacher for handicapped children, was born in Breckenridge, MI to LeRoy and Minnie Thrush on September 7, 1915. Clarice and her husband moved to Arizona in 1972 to be near their daughter. She had thousands of volunteer hours at the Red Mountain Senior Center. Clarice is survived by her daughter Trudy Carrick of Tempe, brother John Thrush of Michigan, grandchildren Kim Goodwin of Gilbert, Greg Keilen of Michigan and Jeff Marantette of California and great grandchildren Amanda and Adam Goodwin. A visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 am with a service to follow at 11:00 am on Friday, September 29 at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel 6747 E Broadway Rd, Mesa.
