Walter Joseph Fike Jr., 31 of Mountain Lake Park, died Saturday, June 12, 2010 in Tucker County.

Born Nov. 29, 1978 in Oakland, he was the son of Walter and Julie Mae (Holland) Fike Sr. of Terra Alta, W.Va.

Walt was employed with Rapid Repair in Oakland.

Surviving in addition to his parents, are two sons, Ruben James Fike and Devin Christopher Fike, at home; two brothers, Billy Fike and wife Heather, Randy Fike all of Corinth; one sister, Sharon Elliott of Eglon ; two nephews Joseph and Caleb Fike; maternal grandparents Daniel and Margie Holland of Oakland; paternal grandmother, Sandra Lewis of Hutton; special friend and companion, Jeannie Moats and her daughter, Brianna Beeman.

The family will receive friends at the David A. Burdock Funeral Home, P.A., 21 N. Second St., Oakland, on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at the Glendale Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Paul Goldizen officiating.

The interment will follow in Garrett County Memorial Gardens
