FUNERAL SET FOR NOON TOMORROW
Funeral services for Marilo H Owens, 61, of the 610 Fabius Street, father of the Rev. Ira M. Owens of Hannibal, who died in Ogdensubrg Wednesday, will be conducted at noon tomorrow at his home. At 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon services will take place in Upson's Corners Methodist Protestant Church. Burial will be at Upsoms Corners.
At the church services the Rev. J. A. Brice of Lycoming will officiate, assisted by the Rev. W. H. Bently of th UPsoms Corners Church and the Rev. E. H. Howland of Park Avenue Methodist Protestant Church, Syracuse.
Mr. Owens was born in 1870 at Palermo, Oswego County, a son of the last Ransom and Phoebe Klock Owens. He was one of five children, a sister, Mrs. Mary Hagaman, died eight years ago. Mr. Owens was treasurer of Park Avenue Church many years before his health failed four years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Flint Owens; a daughter, Mrs. C. R. Wilson; another son, Clayton R. Owens of Syracuse: two sisters, Mrs. Henry Schilley of Syracuse and Mrs. Frank Phillips of Central Square; five grand chldren and several nieces and nephews.
