Obituary: Thomas J. Clark Dies Here at 82; Funeral Wednesday
Thomas J. Clark, 82, died at 6 o'clock this morning in Whitaker Hospital after an illness of 15 months.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Louis M. Hunt; and a grandson, Michael Hunt, all of Moberly. Mr. Clark was the last of a family of five.
Born in Jacksonville, he had lived in Moberly 58 years. He was a machinist for the Faessler Manufacturing Co., going later to the Wabash Railroad Co. He retired in 1938. He was a member of First Christian Church and of Odd Fellows.
The body is in the Mahan Funeral Parlors and services will be held in its chapel at 10:30 o'clock Wednesday morning by the Rev. E. Y. Keiter of Jefferson City. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.
