Ethel Irene Rimmer was born in Chadron, Nebraska on May 14, 1932; the daughter of John and Blanche Rimmer. She attended Chadron Public School and graduated with honors in 1950. She married Robert Ainslie on November 12, 1950 and they came to Douglas, Wyoming in 1952.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church, American Legion Auxiliary and was Past Senior Regent of Women of the Moose.
She was survived by her husband, Robert of Douglas; one son, Robert Ainslie of Douglas; two daughters, Mrs. Diana Wire of Riverton, Wyoming and Mrs. Sharon Rennick of Tacoma, Washington; four grandchildren; one brother, Joe Rimmer of Douglas; three sisters, Mrs. Marie Owens of Casper, Wyoming; Mrs. Pearl Roberts of Chadron, Nebraska and Mrs. Grace Wilson of Harden, Montana; and her parents John and Blanche Rimmer.
